Hydrate before and after your POD session. Good skin care before and after your session is also very important. We suggest mild exfoliation once or twice a week, the use of a body wash and facial cleanser that are not soap-based, and a quality moisturizer before and after treatment.

Wear whatever you are comfortable in! Lightweight clothing is okay, but to maximize the benefits, less is more. Queue the "birthday suit" and wrap yourself in provided spa towels. Those uncomfortable with that should wear a swimsuit as the next best option. We recommend bringing athleisure or other loose-fitting clothing to wear after your session.

A session generally ranges from 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the user’s goals. Users may exit the PODs at any time prior to the expiration of their session. The POD system will automatically shut off at the conclusion of each session. Please take as much additional time as you need to decompress and relax before and after your session in our lounge area.

Infrared PODs can be used daily or adjusted for specific needs. Space out sessions for detoxification and aim for three to four weekly sessions for pain relief. Tailor use to your health goals and consult your physician for specific concerns. Always listen to your body's response.
